SUMMARY;When reading this article the most interesting information was that Between the years of 1991 & 2003 the population of teen pregnancy had increased. I believe thats true because the more the years pass the different the centuries change.

REFLECTION; Parents should care about this because it shows that teens are not ready to have a baby because their still growing. Teens should too by the way that they're not old enough to be able to take care of a child because of school & education.
